Do I look like a business school student?! We had to wear business formal the first day, so here’s the suit I wore. I stuck with the basics; navy suit from Ann Taylor, with a striped button up. Simply and easy, and comfortable on a (crazy) hot day. These mules are a dupe of the Everlane ones for under $25 at Target. Thinking about investing in the Everlane ones, because I love these so much!
This outfit is simple but perfect for work when I want to get back to basics. I’ve written about these black jeans before from Targét Boutique, but they’re really great for work or weekend. They’re also SUPREME for travel days, because they are stretchy AF. I will say that they do stretch out over the day, so you might want to buy them a little snug. I’ve had to dry them a few times to shrink ’em down a little bit, but they are really comfortable and have not faded at all.
Hey friends! Today I’m bringing a work to weekend look to the blog – staring this cute striped sun dress. I’ve had this dress for years and keep falling in love with it every time I pull it out. It’s a super comfortable cotton, which is light and breathable for when its sticky outside. I love the high neck and comfortably long hemline, it’s super comfortable to wear. I usually wear this with a racerback bralette (or sports bra, yeah that’s happened… all about the comf lol). I love the versatility of a dress like this, I can wear it to work for sure. But I’ve also worn it to events like graduation parties and the like with heeled sandals, and even just casually on the weekends with birks… even over a swimsuit! Having an EASY dress like this on hand is a lifesaver.
