What a week! Wow. We are neck deep in construction and starting to really see everything tie together. Dry wall is up and we just ordered trim. I am travelling this week, so it’ll be interesting to see what the house looks like when I get back on Thursday. I have been posting updates on Instagram Stories if you want to follow along! I only have this week and the next left with this customer which is bittersweet – last couple weeks in Columbus and with this team, but there is always the excitement of something new!
Today I’m sharing another styling of some pieces I’ve had in my closet for a long time. I’m all about using the things you already own to create new looks and outfits. This outfit is pretty simple, all navy, but has a fun punch with the pattern.
This top has been a favorite for a while. The intricate neckline in this silky outfit make this top unique and easy to style – and especially great for travel. It’s long sleeve, so no need to pack a sweater, but also has the details so you don’t need to add jewelry or anything. Because it is just one color, I decided to pair it with these crazy print pants.
These leaf pattern pants are a great transition for spring. They are long enough to keep you warm when it gets a little chilly, but the white base and floral pattern keeps it fresh and seasonal. I’m wearing this all-navy outfit with my favorite navy heels to tie it together. I do think that the pop of pink nails adds some brightness, a bright lip would go great as well!
